We’d like you to be happy with everything you purchase from The Grocery Delivery Company. Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product to our depot in Farnborough with your proof of purchase, within 14 days, and we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.
If you aren’t happy with any of your items, simply hand them back to your delivery driver at the time of delivery, or to one of our colleagues when using Click+Collect. We will then arrange for a refund to your payment card.
Please be aware that some products have different return time limits and exceptions when you change your mind. For specific return requirements and for information on how to return a product please refer to the relevant section below.
Our Returns and Refunds Policy is in addition to and does not affect any of your legal rights.
If you have any complaints about an online purchase, please get in touchand we will do our best to help. If you are still not happy, please visit our website and you will be able to fill in a Get in Touch form for complaints.
Changing or Cancelling your Order
You can cancel or change any of your current orders up until the amendment cut-off time of 12pm. You can make changes to your order by going to ‘My Account’ and selecting ‘Grocery orders’, ‘Cancel this order’. Or click on the link ‘My orders’ in the top right corner of the grocery site and select ‘Cancel this order’. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Services team on 01252 940 300.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled by email.
